Disliked: Cleanliness
Unfortunately, this stay fell short of excuse , and I think an honest review is important for future guests.Some appliances were highlights—the washer, dryer, and fridge are brand new, spotless, and worked great. However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing, particularly given the fairly expensive cleaning fee. We found hair in the bed, dirty floors throughout (visible dirt and can feel it on your feet ), and the place didn’t feel well-maintained. The living room rug was worn/unattractive, and basic comforts like sufficient lamps or proper lighting were missing, making the space feel incomplete and less welcoming.The listing photos didn’t accurately represent the current condition: several dressers were broken or damaged, and the property seemed like it might still be a work in progress rather than fully guest-ready. On arrival, the entry code didn’t work right away (it was fixed eventually, so not a major issue, but it added to the less than welcoming feeling ).I’m usually pretty easygoing, but for the price and fees, I expected a cleaner, more comfortable, and better-presented space. Communication with the host was adequate, but the experience overall was underwhelming. Heads-up to anyone considering booking: it may need significant cleaning, repairs, and updates first.”
