New listing :Walk into your 2 bedroom 1 bath peaceful haven located on the the westside/Orange Park area of Jacksonville. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry. The home sleeps 4. Each bedroom includes a queen size bed with space to work/study. There are desks located in sitting room and both bedrooms with one being foldable (closet). The shared bath includes a filtered shower. You have the whole house to yourself plus a carport.

When walking into property, you enter the sitting room area with a desk for your studies/work. There is only one TV located in the back living room area. Wifi is available. No cable connection; however, you are free to sign into your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, HBOmax, Prime, etc.) Towels are provided along with the basic necessities (Soap, shampoo/conditioner). There is a high school located behind the property, so you might hear the sounds from the crowd/band during the football season.

You are free to park in the available spaces in the driveway (paved) as well as the carport (gravel/rocks). There is a smart lock for entry into the house. Parking is free.

The main living space has central air while the back room has a window unit for additional comfort. Each room has fans/heaters in closet. No children under 12. Other guests must be pre-approved. Fees will be added for additional guest (more than 4 guest). NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES. You are welcome to ask questions :-). There are exterior security cameras front and back of home. Trash day is Monday morning, so please place black bins by street on Sunday evening/ night.
