Hotel was nice and very clean. I was given the wrong room type twice; clearly she did not look at the reservation. If I had a nice little kitchenette, but there are no dishes you have to go downstairs and ask for them. Why I have a kitchen with no dishes.

Room was clean, ac worked well and the bed was comfortable. Room had a nice recliner and good sized mobile desk/table. My only real complaint was when you pick up your kitchenware at the front desk (and that's all fine and well) but when I was unpacking the items in my room, the handheld can opener had A LOT of rust on it). I didn't bother to exchange it; I just didn't buy any canned goods that required its use. Overall, great hotel. Comfortable, clean with an excellent staff and I'd definitely stay again.

The room was clean, check in was smooth, we could bring our gluten free waffles and use the toaster to have them. We watched a Brewers game. My place was in a safe neighbood and we could walk our dog behind the hotel. A Warm comforter , and our bed comfortable refigerator cooled food and our neighbors we could not hear through the walks. . Our dog fee was low for a hotel. Our dog enjoyed his stay too. Plus the water in shower was great.

Super easy, comfy bed, quiet room. If you want ice, start the ice maker in the fridge when you get in, but turn it off before bed because it's loud when it dumps. I've stayed here twice, and I've loved it both times.

Your bedlinen was lovely and bed itself with pillows. Thank you. One thing - please, I am a person who doesn’t like perfumes or fabric softener. The only thing I have as a remark are the towels. I felt like I was drying myself off with a fabric softener sheet. Please cut that part.

Overall, the hotel was very nice: clean, quiet, in very good condition, and room furniture/condition were great too. The room also had a regular size fridge, microwave, and a small stove top. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and AMC move-theater within walking distance – everything else is a short drive (e.g. a huge strip mall).

This is a very nice hotel; very dog friendly. the room is clean, large, and has everything you would want. Close to Walmart neighborhood store and many others, I would stay here again

Fire alarm went off at 6am on the first night. Employee at the front desk said it happens all the time because the alarms are so sensitive they go off when someone cooks anything. The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Employee cleaning carpet outside my door early in the morning after trying to get back to sleep after alarm. Banging from the next room. You can hear people walking on the floor above your bed. Questionable individuals walking around in the lobby and hogging the coffee bar. Not sure they were staying there. Just all around not a good experience.
