So here's the deal...you get what you pay for. For the price, (cheaper than most you'd find in the area) it was fine.
The staff? Not too helpful. Especially with asking for a towel, which I always got a different answer why they had none available. If I knew that, I would not have put mine on the floor, over the sand, only to have to reuse it for 3 days.
Check in? Weird. I called first to ask for an explanation of how to do the digital key thing and was told to fill everything out online before 4...the check in time. Tried to do it. Couldn't. We got there early, which I KNEW we couldn't check in, but I was just ASKING how to do it with the digital key and all. Was told I had to fill out all the info prior to getting there. Which I did several times and could not get to the key part. I was freaking out, thinking I couldn't get in the room. Only to go to the front desk at 5 p.m. and , oh hey...I got a physical key. The first person I talked to never said that was an option. Also, was then directed to our room which was behind the check in, so we didn't walk through building. The next morning we went out for breakfast because, oh hey, with the price we paid for the room, I didn't think there was a breakfast, Because, oh hey...we were not told when we checked in that there even WAS a breakfast. (as usually at establishments they tell you pool hours breakfast hours, etc.). When I walked around on the other side of the building I saw a sign hours for breakfast.
