Roomy Murray Hill Couples Retreat

This cute duplex features 1 bedroom and 1 bath in the heart of Murray Hill.

Complete with full kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc.) you are equipped for cooking if you choose to.

Short weekend stays or longer monthly stays are welcome with discounts with longer bookings. If you stay long enough to need laundry facilities, you are in luck since this unit has free laundry inside (in the back of the kitchen area). Laundry soap and dryer sheets are there for you.

The bathroom includes a full tub and shower. The large bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, large chest of drawers and large corner closet. Lots of room for your personal belongings to be put away and for you to get comfortably spread out.

Parking is free behind the building (up to 2 cars for your side of the duplex). If you have a visitor there is free street parking as well.

Please do not smoke inside the house, but there is a screen porch out back and a covered porch in the front which is great for morning coffee, evening cocktails or smoking (if that is something you do).

There are hardwood floors throughout this charming 1928 duplex. The two sides are completely separate accept where the two sides of the porches meet. Each has their own sitting area in the front.

I really like this place. It's in a nice location. I slept like a baby. I'm from Charlotte NC where there is a lot of light pollution... Unlike this spot. The property manager made me feel welcomed. I recommend this spot for sure.

Quiet, cozy and all you need!

This was our first experience with renting a Vrbo and we were so relieved to find this treasure that fit us perfectly! We are both professional GenX'ers and found the house and neighborhood a delight. We'll stay with these hosts anytime!
