Inside, the open-concept living area offers a comfortable place to gather, with a cozy sitting space, HDTV, and sliding glass doors that frame ocean views and lead to the balcony. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable atmosphere year-round, while a dedicated workspace provides a convenient spot for remote work or planning your day.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and a dining table for shared meals. A breakfast bar adds additional seating and keeps the space connected to the living area, making it easy to cook, dine, and relax together.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony for quiet moments overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and is located near an additional full bathroom. Linens, hangers, and storage space are provided for a comfortable stay.

Bathrooms & essentials
The home includes 2.5 baths, along with bathroom essentials and a hair dryer. A bathtub is available, offering an option to unwind after a day outdoors.

Outdoor & access
A private boardwalk provides direct access to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline whenever you like. The property also features a private entrance and a patio or balcony space to take in the surroundings.

Convenience & amenities
An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, especially for longer stays. Wifi keeps you connected, and self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth arrival. Free parking on premises is available for two vehicles.

Situated in North Jacksonville Beach, the condo places you close to local dining, attractions, and the laid-back coastal atmosphere of the area, while still offering a peaceful oceanfront setting to return to at the end of the day.

NOTE: This property requires a two (2) week minimum rental.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Two-week minimum rental required by HOA.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
