It was a great spring break getaway for a family of four. The villas are amazing and have a kitchen and plenty of space and there’s laundry available on site if needed, which is great for families the property is beautiful with lots to do and a lot of of places to eat.

Very old property, not clean, non-working jacuzzi tub, unintelligible staff at check in playing loud music when walked in. Very inconvenient property to get around as everything is very spread out.

Although we only stayed a few days, having the kitchen was a dream and the separate living room. transportation was very responsive and quick. the pool area was beautiful & access to the beach.

This was our 2nd time at Omni AI and we lived it just as much as our first! There were 8 of us and our villa on Captain’s Court was wonderful and very comfortable. We used almost all the amenities the whole week we were there, had 2 golf carts to get around, ate at almost all the restaurants on-site and just enjoyed all aspects of the resort. We will be back again..

Access to the beach, pool and Omni resort was nice. The condo needs to be updated, very dated.

There are no housekeeping services unless you pay for them, even if you are staying a week. Felt like I was relegated to the end of the resort. Villa was tired. Shower stall door did not close. The toilet seat would not stay up.

The room was musty smell. Shower had mold. The tub was filthy with dirty rings. No towel service. No bed service. No trash service. We had to call front desk to get clean towels. No restock of room coffee products. The glass door to balcony was useless it could not be opened. The tv was outdated and very small. The bed was lumpy, we looked under the sheets and there was an egg cushion on top of the mattress. We could not get in the gated pool area so we called the front desk and they could not help us with the proper method to get the security gate opened, we waited for a guest and asked them how to get in the pool gate. This was a poorly operated facility and as a guest paying a high amount for the week it was not worth the money. We were very disappointed in our stay and were more stressed leaving than arriving.

If you are expecting this to be an extension of the Omni Resort in terms of a more upscale place to stay adjust your expectations. It’s not a 4 star, think 3 stars and dated. They do keep the common areas clean and it is ocean side so there are pluses. The Omni amenities are also available for use and it is walkable to shops and beach. It is just a tired and dated alternative to the actual hotel.
