The Tru hotel chain has always met or exceeded my expectations. This franchise is no different. I like the simple, clean aesthetic and the rooms are clean and bright. Most importantly, the beds are comfortable and firm and the water pressure is adequate (you’d be surprised how often the water pressure thing a stay-killer).

We really enjoyed our stay. There are 2 things that would have made our stay better, 1) this is a safety issue, the shower floor was so slick I almost slipped and while taking a shower. There needs to be a non-slip surface on the shower floor to help prevent slips and falls in the shower. 2) It would have been nice to have ice cream or Frozen Yogurt available to purchase in your convenience shop. Other than that it was a great experience.
