I didn’t even stay. The tenant could only give me three rooms to choose from an every room that I went to was disgusting. It smelled awful. There was dirt and food in stuff all on the sheets and every single room. I just ended up, biting the bullet and not getting refunded and losing out on my money for not staying somewhere that was very disgusting.

Horrible! Do not book here. I stayed at the location on the Southside thinking the one on Beach Blvd would be the same type of service and clean. It was filthy. The guy at the front had on flashy jewelry like he was about to audition for one of MC Hammer’s backup dancer. Very unprofessional. The room was nasty, musty odor in the halls and room. I saw two roaches come from out the sink. The tv would not work. I had to walk downstairs several times to complain. There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk. This hotel needs to be torn down and hire better staff.

The hotel room was terrible. The toilet did not work. We told front desk at the beginning about the situation. They did nothing to correct it. It was a bad smell in the room. There was also a roach in our room. We had requested a first floor room because my wife has bad knees. They did nothing to accommodate that. The staff did nothing to rectify these problems. Arrived late afternoon after a long drive. They acknowledged my reservation but said they overbooked and had no room. After persuasion, they gave me a phone number on a scrap of paper. Did not even call or offer me a phone. Never been treated so poorly.

I don’t even know where to begin. We checked in and went to our sparsely furnished room. Hard to believe this is a long-term stay property as there was no couch and only one banquet chair. The table provided was an old café table. Paint was chipped off the walls from where it looked like a couch had been previously. The bathroom was dirty with dust hair on the corners of the shower. The toilet had no lid. There is no soap or bathmat in our room when we checked in; but the front desk did give us some when we asked. There were things left from a previous gifts under the bathroom sink. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The floors were dirty and left your feet black. The worst part was the person in the room above us was moving furniture around and pounding around starting at about midnight until I called the front desk at a little after 1 AM. Turns out that the person in that room (426) WAS the front desk clerk. She apologized and said she would stop and go nighty night. Her words. I had an alarm set for 5 AM as I had early morning appointments at Mayo Clinic. The noise above us started up again between 430 and 4:45 AM. I gave up sleeping at that point. When we left at 6 AM to go to Mayo Clinic, the front desk was closed. The roller door was down. We just slid our keys underneath the crack of it. Overall, I would highly recommend not staying at this property. I was very surprised to find that it is a Choice property.

It was absolutely disgusting! There was rat feces on floor dead coach roaches, hole in wall from someone punching it. Bed was loaded with black things all over it spread had burn holes all over it. Floor boards were popped up and the room reeked of mold. I included the bathroom towel with soap to notate this was their considered clean. There were homeless people all over the entrance from highway. There was nefarious looking people hanging out in parking lot there’s no way I could stay here! I walked out five minutes after checking in. Absolutely condemnable hotel!

Everything was extremely dirty. No one cleans anything there. The receptionist's service was terrible. Thank goodness I was only there for a day. I would never return to that hotel again. They should close it down..

I had booked this room a day prior to moving into my apartment. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to check into my room. The first room I was assigned to had a clogged toilet with piss and toilet paper filling it up. The room stunk of cigarettes and the bathroom door would not close properly. I asked for another room and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor which had me thinking maybe I should have stayed with the room on the 4th floor. The people above me were so loud with their stomping it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom had questionable stains covering the ceiling and the AC unit had mold in it which had me concerned about breathing it in. Overall I would never stay here again and would rather sleep outside👍😐
