Horrible front desk personal day and night. They all have an attitude when you ask a question. Stayed for 3 weeks for work and only gave me o e roll of toilet paper. Charged me twice for my dog

Had to wait 15 mins for staff to show up to the registration office to check me in ,after a long day of travel. Nobody working inside just after 3pm check in. Had to wear shoes inside my room as the Floors were black inside from dirt and grime they were never mopped . Disgusting.

They knew we were handicapped and needed a room on the first floor. The day we got there they said their elevator broke and our room was on the third floor but they knew we were coming. They could have saved us her room on the first floor instead of selling them all out

The room itself was disgusting. The house keeping did not do there job. We had hair on our sheets, mold in the drawer, dirty linen stuffed in a cabinet. The bathroom sink had hair hair in it. Need to speak with a manager but have yet to hear from them. It was by far the worse stay I’ve ever had. The doors on the building won’t locked so random people were coming in and there was sketchy people standing in stair well. Felt very unsafe.
