The property was not that bad, out dated yes. The sheets in my room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, overall the room was disgustingly gross. The manger had the audacity to tell me that they were short staffed, and the were very crowded. That is no excuse for not cleaning up a room that was previously used by someone else. So unsanitary. The shower had dirty finger prints all over the tile, dirty tub, and sink. The sheets were full of yellow god knows what. They did not offer no type of discount or breakfast nothing. It was a lot going on that weekend with no more hotels being available. I stayed in the room while housekeeping changed the linen. I went out to buy cleaning and disinfectant for the bathroom and other areas

Although the service was great and the room was clean, I had requested a reclining chair for my room. I have a very bad back and can not sleep in a bed. My request was never addressed. I didn't get any sleep either night.
