Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Absolutely awful. The place stank as soon as we walked in, and the receptionist couldn’t even find our booking. We paid for a comfort room with 3 double beds — first room had 1 bed, second had 2 singles and they suggested one of us sleep on the floor. Both rooms smelled so bad he had to spray them before we entered. Nothing like what we booked. Total scam. We left immediately and booked somewhere else. Avoid at all costs — if I could give it -1 stars, I would.
