Highly disapointed .

Arriving from vipassana meditation retreat to our surposed sound proof room that had a wedding on right out the window with a soundsystem that would wake the dead . When asked for a new room that was quiet we were offered the room bellow . ?? They honestly thought that was an option.?? After being shown 5 rooms we were finally put in the bottom floor well away from that . Until the next day .. another wedding was set up directly out our window for the day next to the pool .. so the facilities were covered with a wedding family .. It happened everyday . 5 other people staying there were never told there was to be extremely disturbing events on everyday to disturb our peace . Then to be told the price of our rooms were doubled to hopefully keep us away . We thought we were to get better service but only to be rudely expected to put up with a hotel being used as an event facilities.. When asking any management we were ignored and they spoke in hindi to each other instead of english which i find they do when sceaming .. To top it off i got food poisoning on departure for my international flight . I was there 3 days n only ate there . Showered and washed my hands often n bam. Lucky i was next to the toilet on the 2 flights . Highly disappointed at what is supported to be a high class and competent hotel chain.

Beautiful, pristine and well kept property in a quieter neighborhood. Closer to the airport but quite a lot away from pink city shopping area, palaces etc. i had a memorable stay will definitely recommend to someone coming to jaipur. The place was far away from tourist places. It was very noisy because of a wedding. Our toilet was leaking water and our card did not work the next day and had to walk all the way to reception to get them fixed.

Amazing hotel! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, and great food at the restaurants. The hotel is so clean, beautiful and luxurious! Designed like an Indian palace with opulent decor and gorgeous white marble everywhere. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their incredible Indian hospitality. All of our needs were met so quickly and efficiently. Reception, the managers, the porters, cleaning staff and even the breakfast crew really all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! Everyone there was so kind and thoughtful in so many ways. We didn’t want to leave and wish we could have stayed longer. We are so thankful and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much!! Dhanyavaad!

This is the most beautiful and grand hotel I have ever stayed in. Shaped like a palace, it glows beautifully at night and has the most exquisite rooms. They are extremely clean, well maintained and they have thought of all the little things throughout. Only downside is it is outside the city centre so finding food outlets or shopping is atleast a 20 min drive away - we went to the World Trade Park mall which was great. I would highly recommend a stay here and will be coming back myself when I visit Jaipur.

Had an amazing four days Staff was just exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them Janvi and Praveen in the restaurant were just exceptional including the others. They catered for our needs as we had to go out for sightseeing and didn’t have chance to have breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and there was back to back weddings happening and we couldn't enjoy the property. There was workers everywhere for the wedding decorations and it felt unsafe to walk around tge property. The hotel staffs didn’t do anything about it even though we let them know our concerns.Night was too noisy and we couldn't sleep due to the wedding celebrations and we called the front desk and they didn’t do anything. They said October to December is wedding season, so we will suggest not to go there during this time.
