We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Jaipur while travelling from the UK for a family wedding and booked three rooms. The hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to the FOM, his service was truly top class. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made our stay feel effortless and memorable. Also, thank you for excellent customer service and support throughout. A wonderful experience overall. We’re already looking forward to visiting again in a few months.

I was quite surprised that the room had no window or natural light, which felt unusual for a hotel in Jaipur. I believe the team may need better to balance the needs of individual guests and tour groups to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. The property's overall upkeep needs improvement, and the breakfast quality fell short of expectations. I believe they need to up their game. I will avoid this property for now

Excellent property and excellent service! Super luxurious and amazing breakfast service. The pool is nice but you can hear the noise of the streets. Definitely will book again on my next stay in Jaipur when I go to work. The location is very convenient in Mansarovar and near the airport.
