We were a group of office colleagues and had a great time at the resort. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check-in and check-out. The food was delicious, and there were many good options to choose from. Drinks were also very nice and served fresh. The staff in food and beverages section was also quite helpful and considerate. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Welcomed and treated very well by Mr. Gaurav ji and Astomi Ma’am at the reception. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is very beautiful and lovely. My biggest issue with this hotel was the cleanliness of their cutlery and cups. We went to high tea and it took looking through 3 cups to find one without stains, hair or other debris. My friend got sick after eating a chicken Cathi roll in the restaurant. Food was meh. Rooms were beautiful and very clean.

Beautiful entrance, room is decent. Light switch situation is a bit confusing. WiFi wasn’t great. Asked 1000 INR for a ride next door to the Fairmont, which was wild.
