Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

This hotel cannot accept foreign guests.

I arrived at this hotel and was informed by the hotel manager that I could not stay at the hotel because they were not licesnsed to accommodate foreigners. The manager arranged for me to stay at another hotel about 5 kms away but I had to pay for my own transportation. This hotel should be removed from the Hotels,com website.
