It is a small camp. The service was good, food was good.

Totally disgusting place, worst experience encountered. Check in was at 4:00, until 6:00 PM the tent was not ready. They kept calling the owner and blamed Expedia for not informing them of our stay. They then offered two tents with two bed with extra charge. I refused to split my family into two tents. The property was not prepped, there where no other guest at the site. One family did come while we were leaving. The staff was uneducated and did not give us the room we booked. They kept saying without madam permission ( their boss) they can’t give us our booked tent. I over heard their boss on the phone to charge us extra. It took them an hour calling their boss multiple times. They asked to see my booking and sent the booking details to their boss. We planned jeep ride, and sunset which got cancelled because they did not get us our rooms on time for us to leave for the safari for which we came here for. The staff later showed us again upgraded cottage which only had room for two. I clearly said I booked the 8 bed tent to ensure my family is not split and we all stay together. It’s a remote place and owner and manager were available only by phone. No WiFi as per staff but online it said they had WiFi.
