We were fortunate to stay here!

Briant, of the front desk staff, was especially kind and accommodating to us even though I had made a mistake about the departure time. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Incredible variety of delicious food, friendly staff, cheerful decor, and plenty of good coffee gave us energy for the long day ahead. Quiet, comfortable room was exactly what we needed. Our fears of noise from the jets were unfounded.

はじめてでも大丈夫でした

早朝便の為前日からの宿泊でした。良く書かれているのが入口がわかりにくいという事でしたが出発ロビーで車降りたら中に入って左へ！エレベーターかエスカレーターでワンフロア下へそのままパーキングの方へ渡り廊下渡ってパーキング入口を入らず右へ！すぐわかりました！初めてで不安でしたが大丈夫でした！腹減ったらターミナルでメシも食えるしチェックインにも余裕で間に合うし、あの名物渋滞も気にする事無く安心でした！

It is convenient for a long layover to refresh after a long international flight before catching a domestic flight. We arrived in the early morning, paid for an early check-in, had breakfast at the buffet, rested until our domestic flight in the late evening.

No signage to find thsi hotel from the airport. A serious issue for something so little to put yet so important to find the hotel. The TV apps hangs. The breakfast service could be improve by having some service. The staff stand by and never check on your needs or clear the table and yet there was only 6 guest having breakfast. Cappuccino machine was broken too ans no water to make black coffee was in the machine.

This is so perfect option for international flights, don't need to go out of the Terminal. Safe, convenient, only in a walking distance after getting your bags from a long flight.

This was my second stay at Anara- You can't beat the convenience of a hotel in the airport, especially if it's high quality like this one. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. It amazes me how well sound-proofed the rooms are- rare in Asia, and a wonderful haven inside a busy airport. Last time I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and was a little bummed I'd miss it because of an early flight this time, but the "simple breakfast" served from 2-6am was much more than I'd expected and another good reason to stay there during a layover.
