Absolutely terrible. Booked online as I knew the area and the pool,gym and rooms all looked good. On arrival was informed that there is no pool or gym. The delux room was terrible so I paid to upgrade to a junior suite. This had broken air conditioning that they could not be bothered to fix. As breakfast was given a choice of Indonesia food or American, tried American that was ok as omelettes sausage and tomatoes. Next day ask for the same and got just omelettes as they said I had to pay cash for the rest. Hotel was actually a building site with power tools and hammers going at least 8 hours every day. I checked out a week early as it was too hot with no air con and noise was unbearable. Ask for a refund and the manager gave us a link, scam site, which attempted 5 times to extract money from my bank. Went back and got the upgrade refund but nothing for the room. Do not believe any photos and do not trust anyone.

We like the location of the hotel and the services, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us throughout our stay. We have been staying in the hotel frequently when visited Jakarta. However, there is no refrigerator in the room and ironing facility in the room (some travellers do really need these necessities) though laundry/ironing clothes can still be done with some charges. Overall the hotel is good for value and located very strategically to do some shopping, devouring on local and international food, get good coffee and easy to get cab!

Dirty room (there's hairs on toilet seat and sink), building is dated, windows can't be opened, deluxe room doesn't look like in the picture at all, breakfast is so so. Wifi connection keeps dropping. Only pros: Location (near Blok M bus station), Staff are friendly

My First and Last Time Staying In This Hotel

1. I was early for checking-in (11am; from Bandung after a 5-hr drive) and Front-desk staff, Chita told me that there was no room at that moment. I asked her to help me find a room as I have a meeting at 1pm and need to freshen up. She just looked at me blankly, no empathy at all. She did not even bothered to check with housekeeping for any availability. 2. After waiting for 30mins, I was given a windowless room. The room was so small that I would be surprised if no one gets clusterphobic. I asked for a change of room 3. The second room (I booked a deluxe --- supposedly to be bigger that classic) is as small, considering the price that i paid for it. Its neighbouring hotel, Neo, presents a much better room size with much better sunlight, at a reasonably LOWER PRICE. The toilet so crampy that sitting on the toilet bowl becomes difficult. The sink is small and the corner is probably 1ft x 1,5ft in area. The lighting switch is far from the bed forcing tenants to get up in order to operate it. 4. My breakfast experience was a little better. Not much variety, just reasonable. The staff, Donny, was empowered and have initiative. Overall, I was utterly disappointed would readily change its name from Amos Cozy to Amos Lousy Hotel.

ロケーションは良いが部屋のアメニティがいまいち？

事前情報で騒音が気になるとのクチコミが有り心配でしたが部屋が6階だとそれほど気にならず。近くに日本食スーパーやレストランがあるので食事やちょっとした買い物には非常に便利。朝食も種類は少ないが値段の割にはそこそこ良いほうかと。部屋は広く良かったですが照明が少しくらい。室内用のスリッパがないので靴で行かれる方は持参しないと床はタイル張りなので裸足だと冷たい。シャワーの時にシャンプーリンスは付いていないので持参する必要がある。またシャンプー等を置くトレイががないので床に置くしかな結構めんどくさい。トイレがシャワールームの奥に有るのでシャワーを使った後トイレに入ると床が濡れているので転倒等の注意が必要か？
