Convenient location in Central that is near everything that a traveller would need. Facilities are dated but well-maintained and managed. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I ended up staying here twice before leaving Jakarta.

Efficient lodging in Jakarta

The hotel is very good (considering the price) facilities are basic but OK. Room a bit small but clean. 24 h food service. Well located, but immediate surroundings very poor.

After the 2nd nite, one of our rm experienced total black dirty water in the wc as well from the sprayed water. Water flow from the sink also very weak. We decided to check out and moved to another hotel as we hv another 2 more nights. Anyway to refund for tje rm with problem?

Lokasi agak tersorok & supir grab agak mencari di mana. Agak jauh dari rumah makan. But staff very helpful & friendly. mau kemana2, staff nya bisa pesan grab. Kamar bagus sekali, makanannya pun enak :) Selesa tinggal di sini. Wifi laju.

OK, bit isolated

Location is not so good. You'll need uber to get around. Comfortable bed. Excellent Wi-Fi. Great breakfast. Lovely, helpful staff. Our special thanks to the lovely Karina, who looked after us and helped us with sightseeing advice. Room fittings remind me of supermarket shelving. Lots of watchable TV channels. Excellent. Some great movie channels. Only problem is that the bathroom is a wet room. Everything is wet when you have a shower. Overall good value for money.

Reasonable Price for a Centrally Located Hotel

The only thing to shout about this hotel is its central location. Front desk staff weren't friendly. room was very small, shower was above the toilet seat. We had wanted a centrally located hotel at a reasonable price, but didn't expect the standard to be quite so low. Our window overlook a wall.

Great location and friendly staff. Amazing food with 24 hour kitchen. Would stay here again the next time I am Jakarta. Couldn't ask for better hotel because the staff was very helpful making it easy for us to navigate the area and the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

Just ok; desk manager that checked us in was so cranky; Two different ladies worked day shift and were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had few western choices; no fruit, coffee good. Beds were hard, room very bare, WiFi pretty good, shower is part of whole bath area so everything gets wet; this is common I think in a lot of Asian hotels. Location is ok, not great.

Decent hotel with excellent breakfast

The best part of this hotel is the excellent buffet breakfast! Lots of selection of Indonesian and Western food. They also have free shuttles to various places, like the textile market and Gambir station. Otherwise, the room was standard and not very remarkable, but comfortable. Unfortunately, our A/C unit stopped working the second night, but we were only there for two nights so we didn't bother complaining.

Luckily there are still much room for improvement.

The service at the front desk was excellent and the staff are all very helpful. However to stay competitive in the Jakarta hotel market, the hotel needs upgrade and overall renovation as the room was a bit old & decoration was out dated. Ant was found in the room and dining table at the restaurant as well. This is the first hotel I stays that provide towel in dark colour. We don't know if they are clean or safe to use as you can't tell when the towel is in dark colour. I can't comment much on the location but I have 2 taxi trips to hotel and one of the Blue Bird taxi Driver is unaware of the hotel and has problem finding it even with me showing him the name card of the hotel. It is more like a budget hotel for couple and with the same price you can definitely find better hotel in this city.

Clean hotel close to the National Monument

The staff was excellent. I am an English speaker, and I had no difficulties communicating with the staff. They answered all my questions and needs. They ordered a taxi for me, kept our luggage in a storage room after we checked out, and the complimentary breakfast and coffee were delightful. The room was very comfortable, easily climate controlled, and the wi-fi worked without a hitch. The only thing we noticed were some very small ants in the room, but they were few and were not a problem.
