WAEL

Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid this property at all costs. I booked this place through Expedia and was never able to check in. The property requires you to use a third-party app (Travelio) just to access your room — but the app does not support international numbers, making it impossible to complete check-in. There was no staff onsite, no clear instructions, and the only phone numbers provided were either virtual or led to automated systems. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t reach anyone who could help me check in. I ended up sleeping in my rented car overnight because the area was fully booked. To make matters worse, the property refuses to refund me, even though I never entered the room. They hide behind a “non-refundable” policy while completely failing to deliver the service. This place is a scam-like setup, completely unsuitable for international travelers. Expedia should delist them immediately. I strongly advise everyone — especially travelers from outside Indonesia — to stay far away from this listing.
