We stayed in a king suite room and it was wonderful! The staff are very attentive and kind. One of the waitstaff at breakfast, Annisa, was very sweet and kind to my family! Very good hotel. Mall entrance is from inside the lobby by the coffee shop at the lobby not very far is about 25 minutes. Dr. to the airport extended my day one hour which is very kind of them very clean. You can really feel their fresh new vibes—elegant, bright, and impeccably clean. Loved the easy access to Bintaro Xchange Mall, making it super convenient for a quick shopping or dining trip. Their 24-hour gym is a huge plus, and the local breakfast options were definitely a highlight.
