The Hotel and the hotel staff are superb As a solo traveller, they made me feel so wrlcome and part of their community. Never once during my stay did I feel alone Credit to their management whom the staff told me were super and were really good to them Highly reccommended staying at the Fairfiekd Marriott Hotel Jakarta. Airport shuttle ran on the hour. The hotel communicated by text reference shuttle. The Driver called to reach me. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Room key was access to room floor only felt safe. Cafe offered a variety for breakfast buffet offering Western and Indonesian diets. Staff was super friendly and courteous. 👍💯

Bathroom quite dirty and shower set up very strange. Doors opens inwards so extremely difficult to get into / out of shower if not a tiny Asian. Window leaked (water pooled on floor)
