I love the hotel for its aesthetic and charm of asian culture and is situated in the center of the city where you can go to Grand indonesia. The staff there were friendly and I appreciate them for welcoming me to stay. I would gladly stay for another night if I could.

Average

Awful sound proofing in room windows with traffic and other noise very loud. Aircon performance average condition in the room and half of the club lounge not aircon at all due to maintenance. Food and beverage so so. Property is showing its age.

During my recent 8-night stay at the Mandarin Oriental with my family, we had an incredible experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of a nearby monument.
