Value for money but a bit run down

Customer service was very good especially during check in and check out. Because it was my first time they upgraded me to a deluxe room. But from there on, it was downhill. The room, while spacious, was run down, the shower pressure was not great and the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned properly - there were "remnants" from the previous guest. In short, the room needs to be refurbished and cleaning done a lot better!

Facilities: Nice ; Value: Reasonable; Service: Polite; Cleanliness: Lovely; Little to no introduction from staff, and no hotel guide in the rooms so I missed out on swimming opportunities due to not knowing opening times etc
