Very disappointed

I requested smoking room and was assigned a room at level 3. The room I was assigned to is next to the staff area. Every morning, I can hear loud chatting and giggling. My window is facing the back door of the staff area so I had to keep my curtain closed the whole time. The room was ridiculously small, I can hardly sit comfortably at my desk coz the chair couldn’t be pushed out fully. The headboard is stained. The toilet is so small that I had to move to the side when I’m in the toilet to open the door before I can get out.
