Not a nice experience

This is an apartment for rent with 3 small bedrooms. One of the rooms has no windows and is the size of a twin bed. The conditions were pretty meek for someone looking for a 1 or 2 night stay. There is not a single plate in the kitchen, not a sponge or paper towel to enable us to clean any spills. The bathroom was dirty (clogged shower drain), bedrooms dirty under the beds. The person who was supposed to let us into the property was almost 1 hour late (we waited in the lobby with a baby and a toddler for 50 min), and when he arrived he didn't want to wait 3 minutes for us to finish changing the baby's diaper in the public restroom). Also, the Wi-Fi wasn't working. Pretty terrible experience.
