NOGUERA CASA RURAL, CASA DE POBLE, in Xaló, La Marina, Alicante is almost 200 years old and has been restored preserving its original style. It has 5 bedrooms, four bathrooms and a toilet, large common spaces (patio with barbecue, kitchen and three living rooms), simply decorated with furniture and antique objects from different parts of the world. The house is cozy and bright. Full rent for 9 people. It is ideal to enjoy with family and friends. The house is distributed as follows:
Ground floor: two double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm bed.) Both with bathroom; dining room with fireplace; cleanliness; kitchen; patio and laundry.
Between floors: living room with television and AC.
First floor: a double room of marriage (bed of 160 x 200 cm.) With bathroom; a double room of marriage (bed 135 x 190 cm.); a double room (2 beds of 90 x 190 cm.); a bathroom with shower and a small lounge.
The house has heating, fans and free Wi-Fi. We offer a cot (at customer's request), cleaning service and bed linen / towels included in the price.
Xaló is located near the Serra de Bèrnia (12 km.) And a half hour by car (about 20 km.) From the most beautiful beaches of La Marina in Dénia, Xàbia, Teulada-Moraira, Benissa-La Fustera, Benitatxell, Calpe or Altea. The climate is very pleasant and is ideal for hiking or mountain biking.

We had a wonderful time! Roser has a lovely home! Vicen and Steve were absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend staying here! Everything was fabuous! Great location, very accommodating host, a perfect weekend! Thank you!
