This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with a family/TV room off the kitchen, extra large sunroom and dining area with new AC in the upper bedrooms and sunroom! Fully stocked kitchen, two refrigerators, washer/dryer, propane grill. Nice level yard with 50 feet of lakefront. Easy walking distance to The Village of Bemus Point--Stores , Restaurants, Golf Course, and much more. Park your boat at the private dock in the Spring, Summer, and early Fall, enjoy the fire pit feet from the lake and take advantage of the many year round activities Bemus Point and the surrounding community offers! The waterfront where the house sits is in a 5 mile an hour speed Zone--so no wakes. Catch bass right from the dock, short boat ride to lakefront dining, fishing, and water skiing/tubing!
