Unbelievable. Stayed here last March in the suite bungalow and was happy. This time stayed in the main hotel. Wood floor was filthy, no creamer and sugar, empty bath soap, broken balcony door, NO front screen on window!!! I spoke with front desk in person, and she was so non phased and pretty much unapologetic. I wanted to express my disappointment in person rather than here but that fell on deaf ears. I was polite and respectful too. Housekeeping AND maintenance will make or break a place. It also ruins a much look forward to trip. We won't be back. Thanks for ruining our trip.

Very large space

Checking in was a little confusing, but once we found the right unit, we were delighted with the amount of space. The extra bed didnt have blankets or pillows, so we had to go request them from thenfront desk. There werent enough towels for three people, as booked. And oddly... the kitchen was stocked with dishes, but no dish soap, hand towels or even paper towels. Other than those little things though, the unit was great, locarion was convenient and we enjoyed our stay.
