Jan Juc Riviera Coastal Retreat - Made for Families

Wonderful home to share with friends and family. Light-filled living area opens onto spacious north-facing deck with views of Jan Juc's hills and overlooking backyard. Extremely child friendly - backyard with large basketball court, trampoline, and large lawn area plus a kids bedroom with toys, games & books included. Living area separate from bedrooms so kids can sleep while entertaining. Renovated to a standard for owner's regular use. Famous clifftop coastal path, surf break, cafes/pub, ovals/playground & tennis courts all within 600 metres.

The open living area is orientated to capture sunlight from morning to late afternoon. The deck is private and sheltered from the wind so you can relax, entertain and overlooks backyard so you can supervise young kids in comfort. Dining area has an 8-seater dining table, large 7-seater modular leather couch and smart TV. House is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the living area and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Throughout the entire house are spectacular professional photos of the surrounding beaches and hills. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can have a great dinner party or BBQ. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet. There is also second bathroom attached to the laundry.

Very comfortable outdoor deck with large table seating 10 people, plus some comfy relaxing chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun. Deck is covered by commercial quality roofing so you can sit and relax even when it is sunny and hot.

Our place is great for young kids with all the fun stuff in the backyard, and toys / books. The basketball court has an inground basketball ring and proper tiling - all you need to bring is a basketball to play with (we may provide but often it does not get returned!)

Portacot, high chair, protective rails for beds and steps all provided at no extra cost.

We use regularly so look after it as best we can for our own use.

The neighbourhood is full of local families and very kid friendly.

Parking is in the long driveway, and enough for 4 cars (completely off the street).

*Bed set-up and other options
There are 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom #1 with 1 queen bed
- Bedroom # 2 with 1 queen bed
- Bedroom # 3 with king single bunks (plus a single pullout mattress) and a work station
- Bedroom # 4 with two king singles

All 4 bedrooms are sizeable with beds for 8 adults, plus a single pullout mattress to accommodate a 9th. Beds are extremely comfortable with high quality mattresses.

There is also a portacot and a young kids pull out mattress (large enough for a 4 and under). Pricing is for 4-6 people. Discounts apply for groups of 3 or less. Enquire within

Pillows and quilts are provided. Linen can be provided for a separate charge (please email request directly, see linen charges below). High chair and kids furniture provided.

Pricing is for the minimum stays as follows:
- two nights on weekends (Friday-Saturday)
- 3 nights during week (Sunday-Thursday)

Note there is a $75 surcharge for arrivals on public holidays. This is the additional cleaning costs charged by my the cleaner. The $75 will be added to the cost of the stay and charged after booking.

We are 400 metres from the bus stop (Bus route 51) which goes to the V-Line train station Marshall (that takes you to Melbourne) and neighbouring coastal towns

Note the following:
- The house is not available for Schoolies or similar groups.
- The outdoor heaters pictured are for owners use only. Registered guest must be in attendance at all times
- The booking must be in the name of a guest who is in attendance at all times and is verified by Stayz/VRBO
