Villa Ker Manou Jard-on-Sea



ROSE Holidays offers the Villa Ker Manou, a modern and bright house, located in the peaceful Ragounite neighbourhood, in Jard-sur-Mer.

Ideal for a stay facing the ocean, this villa is close to the beach and the pine forest.



Two-storey house, able to accommodate up to 7 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind.

The accommodation is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the port of Jard-sur-Mer and close to restaurants and shops.

This house is perfect for getting together with family or friends.



Composition of the Accommodation



On the ground floor:



A large room with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom and a private toilet.



A spacious living area open to the 300 m² garden, furnished and adorned with wood and natural colours, equipped with a table and seating for meals, and a comfortable lounge with TV.



A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area, with a cellar serving as a laundry room: oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher.



An outdoor shower for beach returns.



Upstairs:



Two bedrooms: one fitted with a large 160x190 bed, the other with 3 single bunk beds (90x190) and a trundle bed.



A bathroom and a toilet.



A large terrace with a 180-degree view of the ocean, equipped with a comfortable outdoor lounge.



Outside:



A garden of 300 m².



A landscaped terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors during convivial meals or moments of relaxation.



The surroundings



Located on the outskirts of the pine forest of Jard-sur-Mer, ideal for lovely walks.



At Légère beach, where one can practise surfing.



A few minutes' walk from the port of Jard-sur-Mer, where you can find numerous restaurants.



2.5 km from the village centre of Jard, offering numerous shops, a market on Monday mornings all year round and on Wednesday mornings Thursday evenings in the summer, as well as a supermarket.



Cycle paths, surfing and kitesurfing spots nearby.



Oyster tasting at the producer's in La Guittière, AOC Vendée vineyards, beautiful restaurants (9 Michelin-starred restaurants in Vendée).



Tourist Activities



Boat trip on the Poitevin Marsh in Longeville-sur-Mer.



Discovery of the Aiguillon Bay.



Visit to the Château de Talmont, the Château des Aventuriers in Avrillé, and the Folie de Finfarine in Poiroux.



Day out at O'Gliss Park and O'Fun Park.



The Puy du Fou is only 1 hour away.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
