Gite in the house adjoining the owners' house. Gite on the 1st floor with independent access via an external staircase: living room-kitchen lounge area (pull-out sofa with 2 single beds), one bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), one bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Total floor area: 64 m² including the attic. Electric shutters in the bedroom and bathroom. Sheets are included and beds made on arrival. In an old farmhouse, this spacious and bright accommodation, completely renovated, combines with great care comfort and mountain character. Located in the heart of a hamlet with its bread oven and its fountain with clear water, towards the Bellevaux valley which is the starting point for many marked hikes. The Lescheraines lake (leisure center with supervised swimming) is 11 km away, pleasant to cool off after a beautiful day in the mountains. Beautiful chalet 20 km from the slopes of Aillon-le-Jeune and 23 km from Margériaz. 19 km away, cross-country skiing on the famous Savoie Grand Revard Nordic plateau (150 km of slopes). Located in the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, between Annecy, Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains and Albertville. Numerous hikes, including the GR96 and the Tour des Bauges. Varied outdoor activities, leisure center in Lescheraines (10 km), Lake Annecy (28 km), Lake Bourget (34 km). Ideal for hiking, cycling and nature.

l'accueil fut très chaleureux et de bons conseils pour les visites.l'endroit idilique loin de tout dans un joli petit cocon avec une superbe vue. literie au top, équipements idéals pour passer une bonne semaine sous le signe de la raclette. plusieurs départs de randonnées au pied du gîte, une superbe boulangerie bio et au feu de bois au petit village d'école à 1km ( une fougasse à tomber) une fruitière pour acheter son fromage à 5km au petit village de la compote ou dans les fermes aux alentours. à 30 mn de la station de ski d'Aillon Margeriaz.vous aimez le calme ben vous serez servi.
