On the main level, the spacious living and dining room of 42 m2 features a double sofabed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, and opens directly onto the terrace. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. The second bedroom contains a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from its own private bath and WC with a double hand-basin. The third bedroom also features a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm. The main level is further served by a shower room with WC, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. On the lower ground floor, the 4th bedroom offers a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and is served by a dedicated shower room with WC and a double hand-basin. Also situated on the lower ground floor is a recreational room featuring table tennis and darts, with a direct exit to the terrace.
