This modern newly built Villa Malusy is located in Rovanjska. The beautiful town of Rovanjska is located in a bay at the end of the Sub-Velebit canal, not far from Zadar. What gives this place its importance is its proximity to Velebit, which enriches this area with its parks, caves and paths for walkers and cyclists.
