Located in the well-known Don Pepe residence, it offers a large community pool for adults and children, and impressive gardens with lawn. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 400 metres from Montañar II Rock Beach and close to all services.

This stylish, modern and bright apartment has been recently renovated with excellent qualities and decorated with great taste. Distributed on a single floor, it has 3 beautiful bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, with capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third offers a practical bunk bed, ideal for children.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils.
The living room, decorated with a modern and cosy style, has a large dining table, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and direct access to the wonderful terrace with dining table and side views of the garden and swimming pool.
In the common areas, you can enjoy a large fenced swimming pool with a children's area, well-maintained gardens and a children's play area.
