The spacious villa of approximately 275 m² is located on a flat, sunny and fenced plot, just 2800 m from the main beach (Arenal) of Jávea (Valenciano Xábia). All the houses in the area are very attractive and it is a very well maintained, recently built urbanization.
The holiday home has a garage and 2 additional parking spaces on the property, which is secured with an electric gate. You can also park easily on the quiet ring road.

The house has a beautiful private pool with an outdoor shower. The pool area is surrounded by a spacious lawn. There is also a laundry area behind the house.
The covered terrace with adjacent BBQ area guarantees you sociable evenings in a wonderful atmosphere.

The entrance area of the house is very stylishly landscaped with Mediterranean plants, citrus trees and bushes. If it does rain, an awning will protect you so you can bring your shopping dry to the kitchen area.

In the left wing of the house is the entrance with a cloakroom, as well as the spacious living/dining area where all guests can sit together on the comfortable sofas. Here is also the exit to the covered terrace and pool. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with utility room. A staircase leads from the salon to the chillout area upstairs and to the roof terrace with a beautiful view of the Montgó (Jávea's local mountain), Jávea and Cap San Antonio with some sea views. With a glass of wine, this is a nice place to look at the many lights over Jávea at night.

The right wing of the house is home to the private area with all bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed (90 x 190 cm) in the lower area and a staircase leads to another sleeping area with 2 single beds (each 90 x 190 cm) on the gallery. Next door there is a spacious shower room with toilet and a sink, which is shared with the adjacent bedroom with 2 single beds (each 80-90 cm x 190 cm).
At the very back of the hallway there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (150 x 190 cm) with a bathtub bathroom en suite with toilet and sink.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, blinds, hot/cold air conditioning and access to the garden and pool area.
A marble staircase leads to the large master bedroom with panoramic windows which guarantee a fantastic view of the Montgó and parts of Jávea. The double bed has a size of 180 x 200 cm. The shower room en suite offers a shower, 2 sinks, toilet and bidet. This bedroom also has a warm/cold climate and blackout blinds ensure a comfortable sleep.
There is a folder in the house with all the important information about the house and the surrounding area. The WiFi is free.

A notice:
In the winter months (November to February) electricity is billed at €0.30/Kwh, as is gas consumption.

Arrival and departure on Sundays and arrivals after 9 p.m.: only by prior arrangement at a price of € 25.00

If desired, we can also provide a baby cot (subject to availability) including linen for €60 per stay. A baby high chair for €40.00 per stay and availability.



Bicycle, quad and scooter rentals are available in Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia.

An absolute MUST is to visit my favorite bay in Javea/Granadella. Part of the film 'Cold light of day' (2012) with Bruce Willis and Sigourney Weaver was filmed here. The water here is very clear, but often very boisterous. It is a bit difficult to get into the water due to the undercurrent and the large pebbles. Shoes are absolutely necessary. But the view of this bay is simply unique.
It is very crowded here in the summer months. It is advisable to arrive before lunch as there are only limited parking spaces available.
