Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with lawn, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water and internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with shower and WC, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 2.3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4.9 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava Port Javea" 3.8 km.
