The hotel is new and located in an excellent area. The rooms, facilities, and overall condition of the property are very good. However, the hotel uses a strong perfume scent throughout the corridors, elevators, entrance, and common areas. The fragrance is intolerable and unnecessary for a new and well-maintained hotel.
