Enjoy a riverside hot tub, river access with swimming holes, big screen 64" TV, memory foam mattresses, full kitchen, laundry, mud room, and more included in your stay! Please note that other guests on the property share access to hot tub, and house is a duplex with guests downstairs,

The Space:
Riverside 5-person hot tub. Master bedroom with king-size bed & dedicated workspace. Second bedroom with full-size bed. Third bedroom with a full-over-queen spacious bunk bed & fold-out twin bed chair. Living room with luxe leather couch, cozy electric fireplace, and big screen 64" ROKU television. Fully stocked full-size kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, full-size oven, and dishwasher. Dining area with extendable dining table with seating up to 8. Bathroom with tub & shower. Couch and included spare mattress can sleep additional guests.

Guest Access:
Entire upstairs is yours! Duplex house also has an apartment downstairs. Several hundred feet of access to the Brewster River. Connect to the Smuggler's Notch Resort hiking & snowshoe trails from the property. 1min drive to the Resort for year-round activities. Gorgeous year-round views of Smuggler's Notch, one of Vermont's most famous foliage and ski destinations!

Other Things to Note:
Please note: the Notch Road to Stowe is closed in the winter, so this house is an hour from Stowe Mountain Resort in the winter. Other guests on the property share access to the hot tub. House is a duplex with an apartment downstairs with other guests
