Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the café. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean.

Love the hotel facilities and cleanliness. Hot swimming pool is available from morning until late evening 10pm. Comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is beautiful and offers a lovely view from the room. The bedding was comfortable—I especially liked the sheets! The room was very clean, and I loved the L’Occitane brand in the bathroom amenities. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside was the limited dining options available at the hotel.

The hotel was very nice. It’s lacking restaurants that are open for lunch and dinner (there are no options in the immediate area) and it’s missing a spa. For an upscale hotel, one would expect a spa on the property.

Simply nice

It was a great hotel with a quiet location and a view of the ocean. It was clean and simple, but had everything you needed, and the staff was friendly. It was easy to get around Jeju City.

The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience

It was terrible experience, and I want full refund for my staying. Room temp was always over 82 F, no AC is available, so we openes window all night long every day. I even couldn't turn om Ondol. Then why did I pay for expensive room? Staffs are bad. They gave me wrong instruction firstly, second one asked me to understand for being without AC, and the last one asked me if I uses Ondol. I paied for Ondol room. I was so dissapointing.
