Garden Cottage 79 Modern and sleek at the beach... This Cottage perfectly combines sleek and modern furnishings with the ambiance of coastal living. You enter this home through the kitchen, which is fully equipped with black stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a Black and Decker Coffee Machine, a crock-pot blender, a mixer, and anything you could need to make a home-cooked meal. The spacious living area leads out to the large screened-in porch, perfect for outdoor dining in any weather and the ocean view is a bonus. The gas grill is also located on the patio. This cottage features a master suite on the main level, with an oversized shower and walk-in closet. At the base of the stairs, you will find the half bath, along with the full laundry with a stacked washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private bath, and access to the large screened upper balcony complete with comfortable seating. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community firepit.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
