Ground floor consists of a classy kitchen, large living and dining area, making more than 50 sqm of open space. There’s also a separate toilet and utility. One bedroom is on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom while on the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms and each has its own luxury en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms overlook the sea where two smaller ones have private terraces. The master bedroom has magnificent view, which one can enjoy right out of the hot tub! Bedrooms and living area are all individually air-conditioned. A large patio terrace has also a sea view. Just in front, there is a pool with sunbathing platform while surrounding garden bursts with greenery.

The pool has more than 40 sqm, with massage sitting area and app 8 sqm of shallow end perfect for sunbathing or for small children to play in.

In Zavala, other then great beaches, you can also find a market, seaside cafes, restaurants and a cocktail bar by the sea. The Villa is about 5-10 min walking distance from the nearest beach.
