We loved this hotel...breakfast is included...u have pretty good food choices, omelets, eggs served as your choice, fresh in the moment, we loved the food and service, very safe hotel,location pretty good one u can be at main jeri downtown, beach pretty quickly, u can be pick up from hotel to jericoacora Airport or to jijoca

Don´t recognize the silver discount.

Average experience, prices are high for Brazilian as usual. The swimming pool was dirty with mold all over. The shower in the bedroom (electrical) was in short when touched. all this issues were informed to the receptionist. As a silver user i did not had the benefit of 20% discount in the consumption (1 time per stay) .. the hotel said that they did not recognized such discount pointed by the Hotels company.

Estrutura do hotel muito boa. Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã bom. Único motivo pelo qual não levou avaliação máxima é o fato de não haver serviço de restaurante, tampouco bar, o que traz alguns incômodos, tais como não poder pedir comida no quarto, nem no hotel (tem de comprar em algum lugar e pedir delivery ou levar para viagem) e, do mesmo modo, na área da piscina você tem de ir em algum comércio próximo pegar emprestado um cooler e levar suas bebidas, pois o hotel não serve. No mais, tudo ótimo.

O serviço do hotel é muito ruim, cama só com lencol de baixo, nunca tinha visto isso, solicitei que fosse colocado o lençol de cima, e deixaram 2 de solteiro solto na cama. Teve um fia que não colocaram as toalhas, falando que não tinha vindo do outro hotel Tinha um regulamento que não poderia levar as toalhas do apartamento para a piscina, fui pedir na recepção toalhas de piscinas e me falaram que não tinha Outra coisa para arrumar o apartamento tinha que pedir, não era algo rotineiro Nunca mais volto nem indico o hotel, pois você cai para um lugar Paradisíaco para descansar e acaba ficando nervoso
