As travelers, we emphasize that clear expectations are essential for a positive experience. Therefore, we must clarify the following:

This is a shared apartment. You will be renting a bedroom with a dedicated bathroom located nearby, but not adjacent. Common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and laundry, will be shared.

This apartment includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. During your stay, you will share the property with two other guests, and therefore, only two people are allowed in each bedroom.

The apartment is fully equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure a comfortable experience.

We provide a variety of essential beverages, including water, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, and a selection of additional snacks.

All guests must be reported prior to booking; do not bring any unreported guests to stay overnight.

The building and the surrounding property are equipped with security cameras.

The neighborhood offers a beautiful view of Manhattan just a few blocks away, although the view is not visible from the apartment windows.

Keep in mind that Manhattan is a vibrant city and, although this apartment is located in West New York, New Jersey, it can still be quite noisy at times. If you prefer a quieter environment, I am happy to provide alternatives in a more peaceful area.

The bus stop and supermarket are one block away, and the apartment is on the first floor, which allows for easy access.

Bus to Manhattan 24/7. I'll facilitate the guides to move around back a forth through the city.

The lockbox containing the keys is located outside the property. The code and all essential information will be provided to you the day before your arrival to ensure smooth access.
