Liked the small business family owned feel about the hotel, they really care and want you to get the most out of the money you send to book there, everyone is polite and helpful. Breakfast is good, large selection of breakfast options. Clean, well lit and walk to restaurants.

This is such an awesome place! I love the set up of it! The pool was a little small and got crowded with no towels and chairs one night, but we still had a great time in it. They had life jackets and toys for the kids in the pool too! The breakfast was AMAZING! So close to the American dream and so many other shopping areas and restaurants in walking distance. If we ever come back to this area, this is where we will stay! The rooms were dated but we didn’t mind at all!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I expected a comfortable and professional lodging experience, but instead encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted my stay. First and foremost, the customer service was extremely poor. Upon arrival, I was met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff at the front desk. When I inquired about an issue with my reservation, the staff member left me waiting at the desk while they went upstairs, only to return and inform me that the room I had booked was unavailable. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation in a professional manner. Additionally, the room I was given was not what I had reserved. I had specifically booked a two-bedroom suite with a king bed, yet instead, I was provided with a one-bedroom suite where a king bed had been placed in the living room, just two feet from the door. This setup was completely inadequate, inconvenient, and unprofessional. Beyond the room mix-up, the overall condition of the accommodations was unacceptable. The room was small, outdated, and poorly maintained, with stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The bathroom had cracked tiles, weak water pressure, and a persistent musty odor. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, the air conditioning did not function properly, and the walls were so thin that I could hear every noise from neighboring rooms

The room was good very spacious, the only thing is that we didn’t know how to get the shower tuning but we call the resection and they send somebody and show us how to use it.

Very noisy, there was loud music playing until almost midnight I called the front desk and was told there is a bar that closes at 12:30 and the most they could do is tell them to turn it down I had no idea there was a bar or I wouldn’t of stayed here with my young children - we got no sleep after traveling for a ton of hours

Great hotel and location

We enjoyed our stay at harmony suites. I liked the breakfast area, very laid back. Beds were comfortable, room was big (king suite). Bus from the hotel brings you to port authority terminal which is convenient, just make sure you know the gate number of the bus. We had issue with Internet connection but the manager fixed it for us. Walmart is next door and so is Cava - Yum! We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very good for families. Very good breakfast. And has a good location - 20 min by bus to times squares.
