Love the view of NYC skyline on the rooftop. Beautiful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I was happy with parking in the deck, which was right across from the hotel. No problems. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. Easy access to PATH to WTC made it a perfect location.

The service from the staff was great but the hotel itself needs a cleaning. Our room was disgusting, with rolls of hair all throughout the floor and furniture. Not sure how rolls of hair can even get up to the TV furniture and computer desk. The toilet seat was broken. Room 208 sits right in front of the lobby 2nd floor so you can hear all of the commotion from the people coming in and out. The hotel has nice views especially at the rooftop bar. Its just the hotel hallways and common areas look and smell dirty. This Hyatt hotel has potential but only if they had the proper maintenance.
