When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one person working at the front desk, and she was having issues assisting another guest, which took about 30 minutes. During that entire time, she did not acknowledge us at all—no greeting, no apology, and no request to wait.
Three other customers arrived during this period, and none of us were acknowledged. All seven of us were left standing around the front desk with no communication whatsoever.
When it was finally my turn, there was still no apology for the wait or any appreciation for our patience. The lack of professionalism was disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
