I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The property was noticeably dirty, with unclean common areas and a general lack of upkeep that made the entire place feel unhygienic. Noise was constant—doors slamming, people shouting in the halls, and no sense of quiet at any hour—making it impossible to rest. On top of that, the overpowering fragrance used throughout the hotel was overwhelming and actually triggered migraines, which made the stay even more miserable. The hotel was also ridiculously crowded; the front welcome area was so packed you could barely walk through it, and the continental breakfast was completely inaccessible due to the number of people. Between the filth, noise, crowds, and sensory overload, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Because of our experience the first night we did not stay the second night as planned.

I will be requesting a refund due to the conditions of the place. Elevators broken, the ones thats working are disgusting, I couldn't wait to leave and go check in another place. That place needs a major lift ASAP

hi, the room was fine. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and the bathroom was clean. There was four elevators only 2 working I guess under construction I would imagine. I did notice in the bathtub could have some mats so no one slips I would think. The staff was very friendly. The lady in the cafeteria was very nice and working hard. Breakfast was decent and enough to get you going for the day.

Very dirty room. Had to pay $50 to check in early. Only had two elevators working and terrible drive ways and enters and exits from facility. Not enough room in the breakfast room. Room smelled horrible like a stink bug or a smoker and made all our stuff smell as well.

I tried to cancel this hotel stay. I spent 5 hours on the phone to cancel the stay because we had family issues. We ended up going even though the location was terrible for our circumstances. I did not get a reply from Expedia until AFTER my card was charged. The hotel and entire surrounding area was under construction. The hotel smelled of cleaning chemicals, half of the elevators were broken, and there was not one floor of the hotel that wasn’t ripped up for construction. Our room smelled so strongly of a strange oder and there was so much noise all night. A baby crying, adults screaming outside and more. Glad the space is being renovated BUT there is a better way to time all the projects. I am upset that Expedia wasn’t able to support us in cancelling.
