Was not impressed by the front desk personnel, the little store area was basically non existent they would prefer to send you next door than deal with it, and the description of parking should mention that it is a extra. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch and toilet paper numerous times.

Loved the location and the convenience to the city. Taking the ferry across to Manhattan right outside the hotel was amazing.
