They dont vive refunds if you cancel even if you have protection on gour booking. The cutomer service is bare minimum. Had a very loud neighbour loudly parting all night and the front desk was too afraid to deal with it. My family and i were exhausted and couldnt sleep beside the noise so I had to deal with it myself. Clean place, but poor service.

There was no bath soap in the restroom, and I stayed there for three days and reached out to front desk and the housekeeping service couple of times, but they still couldn’t get it. The housekeeping girl who is tall and with a tattoo was very rude and didn’t even give the extra towel I asked for.

One Night Stay

This is a nice hotel for the most part. I chose it due to the price, of course, and that it offered free airport shuttle to EWR. The rooms are great sizes. Mine was quite dusty. There was dirt and dust all over the floor. Maybe needed a good broom and dustpan. And the shower maybe could use a deep scrubbing. I was only there for a night, so it was ok. But definitely noticeable. The airport shuttle worked out, once were able to figure it out. The instructions on how to catch that shuttle from EWR could be a little clearer. I had to call the hotel a couple of times to figure out where to go and what to do to get on the shuttle. But it all worked out in the end. In the room itself I also had to try serval outlets before I found one that worked- to charge my phone. Front desk staff were as friendly as needed I guess. So, overall not a bad night here. First time in NJ. If I come back I’d consider this place if the price was still right.
